Q: Why is your company name "Global Accés" and not "Global Access" ?
Accés is the Catalan version of the English word "Access". Because our company is located in Andorra the company name must be in the national language - Catalan.
I see your company is located in Andorra - I have never heard of this country before.
The Principality of Andorra is a tiny country in the heart of western Europe within the Pyrenees. Bordering on the one side to France and on the other side to Spain.

When will I get paid?

All payments are done weekly. For example:

Q: Is there a minimum payout amount?
Yes. All earnings under $300 are carried over to the next pay period.
Q: In what ways can you send money to me?
We offer wire transfer, ach payment, check, paypal, webmoney, western union.
Q: What if the surfer makes a Chargeback?
We will never ever reduce anything from your earnings and you will be always paid on time.
Q: What happens if Telecom is not paying?
Unlike other companies in this industry we always pay, no matter if we get the money or not. We have an absolute clean payment record for many, many years.
Q: Where can I check my earnings?
Online stats - you get paid for all calls. You may check it as often as you like.
Q: What timezone are the stats in?
EST (Eastern Standard Time).
Technical Questions
Are you saying a lot of verbiage on the phone like other companies to make the user stay connected?
Instead of wasting the time of the user we make things as short as possible and let him get to the access as fast as possible. After all this is what the user pays for.
Q: My Surfers are very keen on security - is your page SSL protected to show security?
Our Server can handle encrypted as well as unencrypted connections. You may change the first part of any link code from "http://" to https:// to use the SSL feature of our server. (this works only for p2e.com domains for now)
Q: Because I have my paysite I want surfers to connect to my members area. Is this possible?
Yes. We will provide you with all required information on integration and will help you on the integration process.
Q: Can I decide myself how long the surfer gets access to my content?
Yes. It's your content and you can decide how long a surfer is permitted to view it.
Q: Are cable/DSL/LAN Users able to use this billing method?
Yes any user with a telephone can use us.
Q: Is your solution platform dependent?
Our system will behave in the same way for Apple and Linux Users as it is doing for Windows users.
Q: I am running my affiliate program with NATS or MPA3is it possible to integrate your billing?
Yes - NATS and MPA3 has native support for our system. A few clicks and you are setup.
Q: Will it be possible to customize the design of your pages to my paysite?

Q: In how many languages is your system available to surfers?

Q: When you say everyone with a phone can use this billing option do you also include prepaid mobile phones?
Any Phone can use this billing option - this includes of course also normal landline telephones.
Q: What is the guarantee you are offering about?

Q: What is this "ticket system"?
With the ticket system you can define when access should be granted to your site and for how long time your customer should have access.
Q: Will SMS / Drop charge calls work with the ticket system
Absolutely, in your ticket admin you can easily define how many credits a SMS and Drop Charge call should give.
Q: How can the ticket system help me increase my turnover?
You can force the user to stay connected on the phone for example 5 minutes before the user can get access to your site, furthermore you can specify bonus credits that the user can earn for staying on the phone longer than the required time. For both the minimum required time and the bonus credits the user will see in realtime a graphic bar loading showing progress before initial access or bonus access.
Q: Why is this different from other systems that issue a password after X minutes?
We issue the pincode to the user before the user make the call hence we are able to credit and pay you for calls even if the user do not stay connected long enough to gain access. Furthermore you can offer your customers extra bonus access for staying on the phone after initial access was granted, furthermore the user can all time follow progress in realtime in their browser without actually needing to pay attention to anything said on the phone giving the user a positive visual description of the progress with their payment.
